I've meant to do my own blog forever, pretty much. Or at least since blogs were invented. Facebook friends can now breathe a sigh of relief, because this page means a 30% reduction in the number of re-posted articles that will clutter up their Facebook feed. A bit of politics, Israel, women and things that tend to catch my eye.

Israel
This is where I mostly re-post what I think are the most compelling articles concerning Israel, sometimes with my own thoughts on the topic.
You'll see a particular interest in free-market economic policy, women's issues and state-religion topics. Oh, and political gossip, because there are some cases in which you can take the journalist out of the Knesset, but you can't take the MKs' dining room gossip out of the journalist....
History
If my academia.edu page has for some reason left you hankering for more, this is where to go. Updates on progress (and calls for help) from the dissertation-writing process - obviously, finally launching my website has proven to be a very effective distraction from progress.
Also, if you want to hear me talk about those other things I talk about, like public memory and whaling, I'll post my conference schedule. Maybe.
